BEE and IPUA (Indian Polyurethane Association) have collaborated to bring about the establishment of “India Insulation Forum (IIF)” in 2013. The objective of IIF is to enhance awareness of using thermal insulation in building envelope and cold chain industry for energy conservation through coordination with Government bodies & nodal agencies.
IIF is represented by reputed companies making different insulation materials used for energy efficiency in Buildings and is led by an ad hoc committee of representatives from the following organizations: Lloyd’s Insulation, Isofoam, Bayer Material Science, Supreme Insulations, Owens Corning and BEEP (Building Energy Efficiency Program).
IIF membership is open to all concerned with building insulation, beginning with raw material suppliers, processors & applicators, builders & contractors, architects, regulators and end users.
The IIF Charter set an example by making clear its goals at the very beginning. Teams have changed but the goals are not!”
